Ardor Group is currently developing a site located on Piscataway Road, Clinton, Maryland, containing approximately 12.35 acres of land. The development will consist of residences and a 40-bed senior housing facility on the site. An initial market survey supports a high-density project. The conceptual vision includes townhouse housing units. Amenities include a park and an active outdoor walking trail with community signage.
