Our development team studies investment land, choosing development sites based on careful analysis of parcel size, visibility, targeted area, traffic flow, overall access, environmental factors, and budget, as well as the ability to add value to the community.

Multifamily
Targets: Value-add, distressed repositioning; recapitalizing; lending; lease-up, and ground-up development of affordable and workforce housing properties in high-growth markets.
Markets: Primary target geographies include major Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA) across the Sunbelt. We will also consider sites in other primary and secondary submarkets across the Sunbelt. We choose strategic locations for our investors and thoughtful communities for our dwellers.
Size: Optimal sites will be capable of supporting 250+ units. Ardor Group will also opportunistically evaluate other sites with attractive supply and demand characteristics in this geographic footprint.
Commercial
Targets: We specialize in joint venture partnerships and direct investments. We target both stabilized and value-add opportunities to diversify the investment portfolios for investors.
Markets: Fueled by the power of partnership, Ardor Group invests directly and with local operating partners, both established and emerging, across a spectrum of U.S. commercial real estate.
Size: We invest thematically, focusing on where we see outsized growth potential driven by economic and demographic trends.
